Resume Services

This is important to keep in mind: your resume is not written for you. Your resume is written for hiring managers. It should not be a list of your jobs and dates. It needs to show how your skills, experience, and expertise bring value to the place you want to work. We know how to translate your job duties into actionable expertise and achievements that show the value and contributions you bring to an employer.
Plan One includes a comprehensive interview in which we dive deep into your career, your achievements, and your ideas for your future. From this, we write your resume, a general cover letter, and a Linkedin profile or a profile update. Additionally, you receive a PDF tutorial about how to tailor your resume and cover letter to fit each job you apply to, with examples you can adapt to your needs.
This is $950.
Plan Two is for promotions. In our interview, we focus on your experience and achievements and write your resume to meet the directives of your leadership team/command staff, your agency's mission, and its needs. Your resume and cover letter are tailored to the promotional position with supporting examples from your career. It includes a resume, cover letter, and assistance with your personal essay (if one's required).
This is $750.
